Advance Registration ends 11:59 p.m. N.S.T (Newfoundland Savings Time) August 1, 2014.
Full registration includes access to exhibits, technical sessions and all social functions. Prices for various registration categories are provided at the bottom of this page.
There are three options for registering for OCEANS'14:
- as Presenting Author;
- as Attendee (including non-corresponding authors),
- as Exhibitor.
Please read below to see which method you should use.
Plenary Session and Exhibit Hall
Both of these events are free of charge however, you must register either online or at the Registration Desk (located at Mile One Centre) to obtain a Name Badge.
Tutorials
Tutorials are an "add-on" to the main OCEANS14 conference and you may register for a Tutorial without registering for the full conference. You must however register, so please proceed to our online Registration system https://www.oceans14mtsieeestjohns.org/delegate/register/ then select the TUTORIAL ONLY REGISTRATION option when prompted for the registration type.
If you are registering as a full conference registrant, you will be able to add individual tutorials to your registration.
Presenting Author of a Conference Paper or Student Poster
If you are the corresponding author of a conference paper or of a student poster and have been notified that your abstract has been accepted, please follow the login instructions contained in your acceptance email and on the Author's Instructions page. This page will be available as of May 30, 2014.
These instructions will take you through the paper upload process, including copyright, PDF eXpress, and Paper Registration. You will be registering for the conference as part of the Paper Registration process, so please do not use the Attendee registration page linked in the next section. Student Poster Contest authors will receive a free full registration, but still need to go through the regular author registration process.
Conference Attendees Not Submitting Papers
Conference attendees who are not submitting papers register here. Registration is required even if you plan to attend only the exhibition portion or the Plenary Session of OCEANS'14 MTS/IEEE St. John's.
Registration is also required for tutorials and other conference events.
